Er yeah that takes like tens of thousands of years or more for evolution to happen for that kind of stuff…. think the world might end before that happens.
How can I avoid sitting for long if my work requires that?
Change jobs or get up as much as you can (ie drink heaps of water which is very very good for you and go to the toilet more)
