FOMO: What It Is and How Can To Overcome It

Added to the Oxford Dictionary Online last year, FOMO refers to the “Fear Of Missing Out,” an increasingly large worry in society today.

JWTIntelligent has visualised data recorded from a 2012 study conducted in the US which found all sorts of worrying facts about FOMO. The reality is that as social media tools are invented and seep into our everyday lives more and more, the more information we have access to and so the more we will miss out on. Why missing out on things is a fear at an individual level is an entirely different matter that perhaps needs to be delved deeper into.
