Life Audit: How to Run One in 90 Minutes and Act on It
A life audit is triage, not a scorecard. Its job is not to describe your life accurately, it is to decide what gets attention this quarter and what does not. Rate each domain against a dated incident rather than a feeling, start with the load-bearing domain instead of the lowest score, circle one, and write not now beside the rest. The output is one domain, one action, one date, plus a written list of what you are deliberately choosing to leave alone.
