It is recommended that most people consume 2,000 to 2,500 calories a day, which sounds like a lot until you realise that’s only 7 slices pizza. I could eat 7 slices of pizza just for dinner any day of the week, but that’s my entire recommended calorie intake? Then again 2,000 calories is also equal to 4.5 pineapples, which is another reason why pineapple pizza is the worst thing in the world, however I’m just really confused about the whole food thing in general now. EXPLAIN YOURSELF, SCIENCE.
