Every habit starts with a psychological pattern called a “habit loop,” which is a three-part process. As soon as a behavior becomes automatic, the decision-making part of your brain goes into a sleep mode of sorts.
Habits can be extremely powerful in defining who you are and what future you have because you are doing things that you don’t even think about that are either helping or hindering you.
