A lot of anxiety is caused by trying to control something you have no control over. So identify what is causing you stress, identify what you can control dn what you can. Do what you can. Let go of what you can and practice mindfulness.

Most importantly, process your feelings — both your positive and negative feelings.

Lastly, always have faith that the world get better. Practice gratitude for all the good in your life.
