Napping rooms are becoming more and more common in workplaces, due to their ability to boost productivity and morale. Even if your employer doesn’t offer this benefit, you can still squeeze in a power nap during your lunch break. For example, the best amount of time for a quick power nap is 26 minutes, but if you need more time to catch up on your sleep, consider either an hour or 90 minutes. If you opt for a short nap, you should consider drinking a cup of coffee right before you get some shut-eye, as it will take effect when you wake up and give you an extra boost.
