Monica Cox

Monica F. Cox, Ph.D., is a professor and entrepreneur who aspires to transform science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) education. She has led and collaborated on multidisciplinary STEM research projects totaling approximately $10 million, and she has authored over 90 research publications. Growing up in rural Alabama, she became the first African-American woman to earn tenure in the College of Engineering at Purdue University in 2011.
