The graduates of 2014 have just spread their wings and taken flight to join the real world. How are they going to fair in finding the best job that’s suited for them? What measure are they going to use? What strategy should they unleash to make the most of their time hunting for that all important first job?
With the aim of helping fresh graduates, we consulted Payscale, the generator of the largest database of individual compensation profiles all over the globe. To date, the directory contains more than 40 million. From it, Lifehack uncovered 15 of the highest-paying jobs for new graduates armed with a bachelor’s degree.
The figures are based on median pay, including per annum base salary or per hour wage; bonuses, profit sharing, commissions, tips and other forms of earnings were also added to the directory. Workers with around 2 years of experience or less contributed to the data which this list is based on.
