2 Minute Video Showing How To Correct Your Posture In Front Of A Computer

If this is the way you sit when working in front of your computer, I have bad news for you.

You might think you’re just fine with your sitting position and will not have any problems, but the sad truth is your posture hurts you in not just a single way. You’re hurting yourself in several ways. If you don’t sit properly, you are unwittingly putting strain on your feet, your back, and your lower neck area. And if you do this for prolonged periods of time, your heart, your digestive system, and your other major organs will be put in a dangerous situation, too.

Basically, your goal should be to sit up straight with your arms forming a 90 degrees angle (an L shape) while you are pounding on your keyboard. Your computer monitor should be on an eye level location. You should not be stooping down or looking up. In this position, you ease up any discomfort on your neck, back, and your feet.
