The trick of balancing a password too difficult for others to guess, but easy enough for you to remember often alludes most people. Those who do not have a direct connection with the passwords have no real way of remembering them, while anything too personal might be known by others as well. Alas, using motor patterns could be one of the most effective methods of developing a unique and memorable password that nobody else will know.

Motor patterns are primarily keyboard based patterns that your brain and fingers have an easy time memorizing. As the picture below shows, the password “de3lo0ptre” might be hard to remember unless one sees the pattern on the keyboard.
