How to Save Battery Life by Disabling Background App Refresh in iOS 7

Background app refresh is a new feature offered by iOS 7 which allows your apps to run in the background. This lets them carrying out necessary tasks while you do other things ensuring they’re ready to go when you need them. While this feature does provide a useful service, it also creates a near constant drain on your battery.
