How To Reclaim Your Mornings

Mornings are rough. Most of us should be applauded simply for getting out of bed. There are, however, an intriguing group of individuals who are referred to as “morning people”. They show up to work or school cheerful, excited, and most importantly — fully awake and functional. It’s quite fascinating really.

But you can be a morning person, too! Take a look at the infographic above for tips on what to do and what not to do at night, in the morning, and even once you get to work. I know I’m personally especially guilty of using my electronics right up until I can’t keep my eyes open any longer, but that’s got to change. Hopefully by following this guide you’ll find yourself waking up feeling more alert, energized, and ready to take on the world.
