If you have ever worked as a server or know of someone who has done this, you know how important tipping is. Tipping at a restaurant is easy; most people are aware of the 15-20% rule. But how much should you give people who provide dog sitting services for your beloved pet? And do not forget about your pool and house cleaner; they get tips too! There are lots of instances where tipping is expected. Some of these rules are categorized as situations where a tip is “always” merited. Other instances of tipping are simply “sometimes” needed. But regardless, it is good to have a guide, especially when the amount you give someone is uncertain.
