Time To Wake Up About Sleep Deprivation

How much sleep do you get every night?

Here, Buzzfeed Video explore the effects sleep deprivation will have on participants who are all deprived of sleep. Each individual isn’t getting enough sleep due to multiple reasons, from insomnia to simply not enjoying sleep, but soon wake up about the affects of their sleep habits after make up shows the strain they are placing on their physical appearance:

Of course, sleep deprivation can be more serious than simply making you look wrinkly. According to The Sleep Foundation, adults should be getting between 7 and 9 hours of sleep a night to function properly although this of course can differ from individual to individual. Getting enough sleep will help you maintain a healthy weight, improve your mood, increase your ability to focus and overall improve all areas of your day-to-day life.

To get a better nights sleep ensure you have an established schedule, exercise frequently and perhaps most importantly create a relaxing, sleep-centric environment for you to sleep in.
