This Is Why You’ll Regret Not Getting Enough Sleep

Medical studies have shown a strong link between a lack of sleep and health problems or cognitive impairment. The most commonly recommended amount of sleep for adults is seven to nine hours. A smaller portion of the population can survive on less sleep than is normally needed for their age range, but most of us can’t function properly on so little sleep.
