Do you find yourself obsessing over your workout? Do you over-exert yourself at the gym all the time? If the answer is yes, you may be suffering from exercise addiction. Oh yes, there is a problem when you take a good thing too far! You may never have thought that a well meaning workout could turn into addiction.
