California-based artist Jerrod Maruyama is quite well known for sharing his interpretations of various disney characters, but one of his recent illustrations is particularly charming. Featuring Disney princesses Snow White, Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty and Ariel The Little Mermaid, Maruyama has created a a couple life lessons we can learn from our childhood idols and their iconic ordeals.
I think these posters would be ideal to print out and put up for young children, particularly Snow White’s message about always washing fruit! Meanwhile, Ariel’s message of reading the fine print on documents is relevant to all of us, as is Sleeping Beauty’s slightly odd beware of spinning wheels mantra (???).
