While this infographic is written for employers looking to manage stress levels of their employees in order to prevent lost income related to over-worked and over-stressed workers, the basic lessons here are useful for anyone who thinks they are stressing too much.

Common signs of stress include headaches, anxiety, anger, exhaustion and stomach problems, but let’s face it, you probably already know when you feel stressed. What you really need to know is how to manage stress to alleviate those symptoms. If you can afford acupuncture, reiki, yoga or massage, these are great ways to manage stress. But you can also try meditation or exercise, which can both be done for free, so even if you’re stressing over financial issues, you can still afford to work on managing your stress.
