There are a number of reasons to need a substitute for eggs in your baking recipes: you’re a vegan, the person you’re baking for has an egg allergy, or (my personal reoccurring problem) there are absolutely zero eggs in the house. The good news is, you don’t have to sacrifice taste if you need to skip the eggs! Next time you’re in a pinch or need to figure out what ingredients to buy for your egg-fearing friend, use any of these five helpful suggestions from SheKnows for an egg substitute.
