Ah, holidays. White sandy beaches, gorgeous crystal seas, palm trees swaying back on forth on a cooling breeze, and occasionally crippling jet lag.
No doubt, jet lag can ruin a holiday and make coming back home ten times worse but unfortunately we’re all susceptible to it. In fact, it gets worse the older you get so if you think you’ve had it bad so far, it may even get worse.
