Successful Weight Loss Tips

One of the good-old posts around the Internet on weight loss is by Kathy Goodwin, called Successful Weight Loss: Our Top Ten Tips on What Works and Why. It is not teaching you about quick and temporary weight loss tips – Instead, their tips require quite a lot work, as those are long term weight loss methods and able you to have long term success:

  1. Exercise
  2. Pump Iron
  3. Keep a Diary
  4. Stay Focused on Healthy, Not Thin
  5. Find Out What’s Eating You
  6. Get Support
  7. Watch Your Portions
  8. Lose Weight Slowly With Small Changes
  9. Slow Down
  10. Eat Less Fat, But Do It Wisely
