Whenever there are group meetings at work, the ideas and opinions of people who are considered extroverts (those who are louder, assertive, and charismatic) are the ones the group tends to follow. They are also the ones given leadership positions and that is generally true in all walks of life. However, researchers have found out that there is no correlation — in fact, zero relation — between the best speaker and having the best ideas.
