Overcome the Fear of Public Speaking

There are 3 important facts you have to consider regarding public speaking. First, it’s normal to have shaky knees prior to speaking in front of a group of people. Second, public speaking is the number one fear based on most studies conducted regarding the fears of people. Third, and you have to smile after knowing this — you have the power to overcome this fear.

We’ll focus on the third fact here. So how can you curb the fear of delivering a speech before an audience? Actually, there are several steps you need to do to obliterate this fear. One of the steps is to prepare thoroughly. Go, decide what you really want to talk about. In case you’re given a topic you lack knowledge in, do your assignment. Research about it.
