Would you eat with a stranger?

McDonald’s have recently started “#imlovinit24”, a campaign you may already have heard of – especially if you were sat on a certain bench in Toronto recently.

McDonald’s set up a regular looking bench in one of their restaurants in Toronto, right in front of a large sign saying “Welcome to McDonald’s.”

When two strangers sat on each side of the bench, a hidden panel would appear offering food or drinks for the two to share.

Some of the customers were quite surprised, and many laughed and shared a joke over their food. Some of the strangers took it a step further and took a few pictures together!

The campaign is doing different things in every country; in the Philippines a toll booth was turned into a drive-thru that offered free breakfasts. Tasty!
