There are numerous details to consider when choosing the right photographer for your wedding. The first important matter to settle is to decide what kind of photography style you would like to be applied on your special day. Do you want documentary, fine art, portraiture, or would a style that is edgy and bold work for you and your partner? Better talk it out with your significant other as soon as you can so you can move on to choosing which photographer would be perfect for your once in a lifetime event. Regarding the photography style, a lot of photographers can combine documentary and portraiture to accommodate your heart’s desire.

Once you have pinpointed the style you prefer, it’s time to book in-person interviews with around 4 to 5 photographers who are available for your wedding date. The main point for the interviews is for you to have more time to scrutinize their work and to figure out which one among them has the personality that matches yours. These tips for choosing a wedding photographer were given by my friends Paul and Meg: owners of the popular site

My Bride Fairy. If you want more tips on how to pick the right wedding photographer, look at the complete guide featured here.
