There’s no way of defending one’s self from saying things that aren’t true.
However, this does not mean that lying should be overlooked. In order to have a fruitful and trustworthy relationship, honesty is required. With this in mind, how can you tell if someone is lying?

A great tip is by checking someone’s feet. It’s easy to stay calm by maintaining eye contact and staying perfectly still, but the nature of one’s feet usually tell the truth.
