I should know what words can do, they are the tools I use in my job all the time.

Let’s look at another instance that perfectly illustrates this point. It’s shown in the video Lifehack is featuring here. The man begging for some coins cannot attract the attention of passersby. His sign seems not to do the job it’s expected to do. Fortunately, one passerby, a lady, noticed this. So… she did something to help the man. The next event that happened totally surprised the sign’s owner.
