Everyone knows that it is good to get out of their comfort zone here and there, but we also know that it’s not easy. After all, if getting out of your comfort zone was simple, then you’d do it all the time and wouldn’t need to remind yourself to do it in the first place -in fact, you probably wouldn’t eve have a comfort zone to begin with.

So what do you do when you’re ready to get out of your comfort zone but don’t know how? Well, here are 4 useful tips to help get you there. The basics:

  • Face your fears one at a time.
  • Try something new and weird.
  • Take a friend with you.
  • Push your boundaries by not making any goals.
