No one wants to have a bad day, but no matter how happy you are overall, you’ll still have crummy days here and there. When you do have a bad day though, it’s important to remember that it won’t last forever and you will feel better eventually.

In most cases though, that alone won’t make you feel better or even make it easier to get through to the next day. Fortunately, Bite Sized Wellness has some useful tips that can help anyone having a bad day.

Aside from remembering that the feeling will pass, the site also suggests checking your calendar and finding something you’re looking forward to as well as writing a list of things you are grateful for.
