Men love to dress well, have a modern look and appear smart.  For a man, to look smart is simple. You only need to know how to put on the right outfit. Sometimes it is not just wearing good clothes, but knowing what exactly fits your body. The better you feel about the clothes you wear, the more self-confidence you will have. And with more self-confidence, you will have more opportunities in your personal and professional life. This article will give you some tips on men’s fashions.

1. Know your tastes

Every man has a preference for the types of clothing he desires, irrespective of the price tag. Dressing smart requires you to know what to wear to look outstanding.  As the saying goes, “A good recipe makes the meal taste great.” Take the time to know your own tastes when it comes to fashion.

2. Consider the color

Choosing or combining colors for the best possible effect is the secret of elegance. The choice of color speaks a lot about your personality. It would be inappropriate for the President of the United States of America to put on a yellow suit for an official assignment. Such an outfit would make him look more like a rock star than a president, and this would not depict maturity in him. Colors portray different meanings. A man should be mindful of the colors of clothing when choosing what to purchase. If you choose to mix colors and even shades of one color, try to put the darker shades in the garments worn from the waist down and the lighter ones at the top. This will cause the eye to perceive an elongation effect when viewing your figure from head to toe, making you look taller.

3. The clothes should fit

Oversized clothes or tight clothes make a man look weird and do not appear smart or fashionable. Choosing the appropriate sizes of clothing and making sure you find the right fit will improve your appearance. Accompany well-fitting clothes with the right accessories, such as cufflinks, a tie, and a wristwatch.

There are two calibers of people when it comes to fashion: the fashion-minded and the not so fashion-minded. As a result of this, people see fashion as a way of life. A shoe is an item of footwear intended to protect and comfort the human foot while allowing the wearer to engage in various activities. It is important that you wear comfortable and good-looking shoes, because the key to your entire outfit relies on the shoe you put on. Of course, you will need some good dress shoes to complement more formal dress.

Like any good wife, I am always looking for things that will boost his memory fortitude so he does his best in school.

But you don’t have to be a med student to appreciate better brainiac brilliance. If you combine certain foods with good hydration, proper sleep and exercise, you may just rival Einstein and have a great memory in no time.

I’m going to reveal the list of foods coming out of the kitchen that can improve your memory and make you smarter.

Here are 12 best brain foods that improve memory and brain power:

1. Nuts

The American Journal of Epidemiology published a study linking higher intakes of vitamin E with the prevention on cognitive decline.[1]

Nuts like walnuts and almonds (along with other great foods like avocados) are a great source of vitamin E.

Cashews and sunflower seeds also contain an amino acid that reduces stress by boosting serotonin levels.

Walnuts even resemble the brain, just in case you forget the correlation, and are a great source of omega 3 fatty acids, which also improve your mental magnitude.

5. Foods Rich in Essential Fatty Acids

Your brain is the fattest organ (not counting the skin) in the human body, and is composed of 60% fat. That means that your brain needs essential fatty acids like DHA and EPA to repair and build up synapses associated with memory.

The body does not naturally produce essential fatty acids so we must get them in our diet.

Some great foods to obtain brain-boosting B vitamins, folic acid and iron are kale, chard, spinach and other dark leafy greens.

B6, B12 and folic acid can reduce levels of homocysteine in the blood. Homocysteine increases are found in patients with cognitive impairment like Alzheimer’s, and high risk of stroke.
