For example, if you’re a chocoholic, it may be time for you to consider swapping out milk chocolate for small portions of dark chocolate. The flavanol content in dark chocolate can actually help to improve the smoothness of skin. Meanwhile, tomatoes contain lycopene which helps skin to increase its natural SPF, helping to prevent sunburn and skin damage.
