Do 10 knee pushups for 1 set, then rest 2 minutes and do another set of 5.

Do 5 sets in total.

Note:

  • Try level 1 of knee push-up for a few days first if level 2 of knee push-up is a little too difficult
  • Follow the instruction in the video until around 1:28 (no need to proceed to complete push-up yet!)
