Apparently, you can’t just put food in the freezer and expect it to stay fresh forever—who knew? Well, fortunately Freezer Labels.Net knows and has created an infographic that will help you avoid eating items that have been in the freezer far too long, or shouldn’t have been in there in the first place. From vegetables to juice and beef roasts to meringue, you can store many food items in your freezer for up to 12 months, but other foods do not last long in this world or your freezer. For instance, most breads and desserts should only remain in your freezer for up to six months, whilst many seafood and diary products should be eaten or discarded with three.

Take a look at this infographic and be prepared to go clean out your freezer, which is what I’m going to do right now!
