It sounds crazy to imagine emails that can improve your life, but they can…at least, to a small extent. But they have to be the right emails. If you want to feel happier, try sending out an email to your a friend, family member or co-worker every day thanking them for something. This will not only make that person happier, but also strengthen your relationships and make you happier in return.
At the end of the week each week, send your boss an email letting him or her know what you accomplished. This will make you feel more accomplished and improve your relationship with your manager. You should also email each friend once every two weeks and make plans with them. This will ensure you have stronger friendships and stay in touch with those you care about.
