YouTube to launch Citizentube
YouTube recently announced that they will be launching a new site called Citizentube that will specifically cover political content. With the approaching elections in November 2008, YouTube has decided to syndicate all of its existing (and incoming) politically-based content to sister site, Citizentube. The announcement was made on The YouTube Blog.
What issue matters most to you? What do you think about the politics of your neighborhood, your district, your state, your province, your country…your world? And what are you going to do about it?
This week we’re launching Citizentube, a channel designed to explore these questions and inspire more. As YouTube’s political video blog, Citizentube’s mission is to add fuel to the revolution that is YouTube politics.

I am glad to hear about citizentube. We need to get as many people as possible involved in this country. Our elected officials do a much better at representing the concerns of the corporations and big money then they do the needs of the people. The president is an arrogant fool who started and war and is a mass murderer of Iraqis. The congress until lately has been totally asleep at the wheel and as are most Americans. We need to work for peace and consciousness and evolve past this need to kill our fellow humans to be in control. I write about peace and consciousness at http://www.explorelifeblog.com
