Use Google Beta Search Shortcuts from Firefox

Google Beta Shortcuts is the same Google search, but with some handy Google-Reader-like keyboard shortcuts.

Why not use this fantastic feature for all your searches? It’s a simple Smart Keyword function for Firefox that you may have already set up. But for those who haven’t, try it out and cut out a little bit more of that mouse.

      I love the Keyboard short cut strokes!

      J Selects the next result.
      K Selects the previous result.
      O Opens the selected result.
      Opens the selected result.
      / Puts the cursor in the search box.
      Removes the cursor from the search box.

      Funny, the last two keystrokes didn’t display…. hunh
      anyway they were..
      Enter – Opens the selected result.
      Esc – Removes the cursor from the search box.
