Streamline your Research with Web Research

Web Research is, “a Windows program that helps you save important information from the Web, store it on your computer, and then organize and reuse it in your projects.” Web Research comes in several different flavors including an Internet Explorer Add-On, a Firefox Extension, and an Outlook Add-In. Web Research works with Windows XP and Windows Vista.

Web Research has many different capabilities. It is used to manage collections of Web pages, pictures, PDF files, and any other Internet resources. The following are several other common uses for Web Research:

  • Collect sources for your current projects (product search, academic writing, etc.)
  • Keep a proof of evidence for Web transactions
  • Save offline copies of Web pages to read them later
  • Reuse material for other projects
