Deligio is a search engine that specifically searches freeware and shareware software. The site is pretty simple, just search for whatever you’d like the software to do, and Deligio returns a list of freeware and shareware applications that will do what you requested. If you find something you absolutely love, deligio also supports tagging and sharing so you can let others know just how great your find is.
