JourneyPage: The Ultimate Goal Support System
JourneyPage helps you get a jump start on some of your larger goals by creating visibility and accountability. JourneyPage lets you create a web page dedicated to your goal(s) and even add a project champion. Additionally, JourneyPage allows you to post what tasks you would like to accomplish daily. At the end of the day you report back to JourneyPage and update the status of your goals. This is a great way to share your progress with your friends and family. If you had your loved ones checking in on your status, would your productivity skyrocket? Please let us know what you think of JourneyPage in the comments.
You can use JourneyPage to take three steps to your one-month challenge on a daily basis. Every morning, you enter what you want to accomplish and every evening you mark what you did accomplish. These results are shared with your accountability partner.
This process helps you clarify what’s most important and helps your accountability partner keep you on track.

Seems rather impersonal tbh, and I’m not sure that many of my family would understand enough of what I do for it to mean anything to them!
I think it’s more important to keep track of yourself, and guilt yourself into working.
What I have done in the past (when I worked at home) is have my webcam pointing at me. It was like having a boss checking over my shoulder.

I disagree with the previous comment. If you only hold yourelf accountable it’s way to easy to put off getting started until another day. For proof, check out 43 Things — a bunch of people posting blog entries about what they *want* to do. The cool thing about JP is that they hook you up with an partner who asks you “so what did you do today?” Now that’s guilt that works.
If you really want to get the fire going (and I’ll admit to being too nervous to try this feature yet…but will) you can even offer up an amount of money that you will lose if you don’t follow through (it goes to charity I think).
My bottom-line: for small things, or for the love of day-dreaming, maybe stick with 43 Things or play around with your to-do list format. On the other hand, if there is some big hairy goal that you really would like to get done, and are ready to put up, then take the JP plunge…not for the faint of heart.

I have been using JourneyPage for the past several months and it has definitely changed the way I approach my goals. In the past I have tried using websites like LifeTango, but the members seem to apathetic to others’ goals and sometimes even to their own.
JourneyPage enables me to not only define my own goals in detail, but also to be involved in a community that will hold me responsible for them. I definitely recommend the site to people who want to accomplish their goals like I have through the community.

Wow! I knew this was going to catch on big. I’ve been using this site for a while now and I really enjoy the accountability aspect.
Accountability is the key to everything whether it’s your health, business, work, school, anything.
We all need that extra push and I haven’t found anything out there that does this as well as Journey Page while also connecting you to like minded people which is key!
For those looking to make big things happen, I’d definitely recommend this site.

I’d like to sit here and say that the secret to my success has been that I am just that good and always hold myself accountability. Unfortunately nothing could be further from the truth. My first two businesses were great successes but never grew into multi million dollar businesses. The reason for this is because I thought that I should be doing it all on my own. “Why the heck do I need someone else to help be successful and hold me accountable “, were my original thoughts.
But, what I finally realized is that business and investing are teams sport. Imagine playing a basketball game against a full team with 5, when you are the only one on your team. The odds are certainly against you, no matter how good you think you are.
When I realized this I decided to surround myself with a strong team and community that not only understood my goals and dreams but MOST IMPORTANTLY, held me ACCOUNTABLE. If you had asked me a few years ago, I would have said of course I hold myself accountable. But since using Journey Page I really have gotten to see what accountability really looks like. And the more people I share my goals with the easier they become to achieve.
Most importantly, is the extraordinary results accountability produces. Since using Journey Page, I have expanded my real estate portfolio to over a million dollars and I am now running the business of dreams, helping others create wealth and pursue their passion in life.

I agree with Doug - accountability from others around you is so important. When you hold yourself accountable, its so easy to lose consistency and let yourself go if something wasn’t take care of. With Journeypage and accountability partners, you have a support system that lets you plan for success.
