    The article was a good reminder. Being rested may be important to some but I find little difference whether I have 8 or 4 hours of sleep. I find making a list and slotting it into a daily calendar by the hour works best. I only wish I’d do this as well when I am on my own time and not just when I am collecting a salary. I’ll get around to it….

    Nice article. I agree with each one, especially with laziness. This is probably one of the most common reason why we procrastinate and there is no excuse for this kind of behavior.
