Here’s an interesting site from a company called Kearney-Abrams and the Prometheus Training Corporation. It’s a video training guide to identifying ergonomics problems in your work station.
As well as outlining what ergonomics is, the presentation also comes with a self-assessment checklist that will identify what problems you might experience as a result of your office setup.
This includes placement of the computer monitor, peripherals and chair settings. The presentation will only take around 15 minutes and help you identify what may be wrong with your workstation; then offer some solutions.
At the end you can fill out a survey and win a free massage at work.

It sounded like a good idea – but unfortunately, I found it suffered in the presentation. :-/
Your post has inspired this one on my blog:

Best wishes. I consider your blog one of the best.

Thanks for the video link. I have been researching ergonomic chairs for my office. After reading this “http://www.btoffice.com/blog/2009/03/ergonomic-suggestions-and-restraints-for-office-seating/” article and watching the video you provided I have decided to purchase the mesh back chair from the BT Office range of office chair.
Most interesting. I also saw some ergonomic chairs on a website http://www.lookit-up.com/
I bought one of the chairs advertised and my back is no longer giving me any problem.
