We talk a lot about exercise and health on Lifehack, but have you ever considered how many calories you burn through different forms of exercise? As it turns out, there are a lot of different ways you can burn 200 calories. You can run 20 minutes, or you can chew gum for a total of 18 hours -which would give you quite a sore jaw. Kissing for two hours is a much more fun way to burn 200 calories -but if you have sex for an hour, that would work just as well.

You actually burn calories doing nothing though. In fact, you burn 200 calories simply by sleeping 3 hours. The trick is not eating more calories than you burn throughout the day, so if you eat a lot, try running. If you sleep a lot, try eating less. Either way, you’ll burn more than you consume and end up losing weight.
