My wife gave me a pleasant surprise last summer after she returned from her 10-day vacation at her parents’ place. She had lost about 6 pounds and was looking svelte within that short period. It’s a nifty trick to get your mind and senses to cooperate with you in your effort to cut down on your eating. When I checked with her, I found out that she had been unwittingly using this very weight loss technique. Go for it, we’d say. It costs nothing and yields great results.
