Personally, I’m not yet at the stage where I’m looking for a chemical advantage to improve my brain process – organizing stacks of index cards and emails is enough right now – however, it doesn’t hurt to have a smart diet.

I once read that baked beans make great brain food. It set me off on a month long diet of baked beans for breakfast. I don’t think my wife was impressed, though it did leave a lasting impression I’m sure.
