Those awesome looking heels may make heads turn at the party. But by the time you are home, your toes are screaming for mercy. All those horror stories that you’ve heard about the “pump-bump” are actually worth paying attention to.
Overuse of high heeled shoes can impact the calf muscles severely. Your muscles may either shorten or tighten over a period of time. Not to mention the risk of tripping and hurting your ankle because of imbalance. High heels maybe fashionable indeed but you might be paying more than you bargained for.
