Kitchen: 30 cent Ant-Clumpy Brown Sugar
It’s not common we post cooking-related tips here at Lifehack but maybe we should. This is one of those things I wish someone told me ages ago and if you’ve ever battled with clumpy brown [or raw] sugar then read on.
Soak some terracotta in water for half an hour and put it in your sugar jar, pocorn, raisins etc. and see your goods stay good and dry.
1. Grab a handful of change, and head to the nursery or the craft store and purchase a drainage dish for a terra cotta pot. A 3″ dish works well…

Another quick fix to loosen up clumped brown sugar would be to take an endpiece from a loaf of bread, and leave it in your sugar jar. It should un-clump in a matter of hours.
