All but the healthiest eater will eventually end up eating fast food here and there, whether because they are on vacation and it is the only option around or because they are in a major time rush and can’t spare an extra minute. That being said, just because you’re eating fast food doesn’t mean you have to eat unhealthy food -or at least food laden with calories.
If you are planning to grab fast food in the near future, try avoiding these calorie bombs unless you want to get over half of your daily recomended calories in one item.
And, for those of you on the West Coast, Hardees is Carl’s Jr’s name in other parts of the nation, so don’t run off to Carl’s to grab a sour dough burger and expect any less than 1,030 calories to end up in your belly.
