The most effective defense against cancer is a strong offense. This means taking care of our body in order to strengthen our immune system. That way, the dreadful disease cannot take a foothold. Just how do we do this? We can take care of our health by eating the right foods, getting enough sleep, doing regular exercise (picking the right type of exercises for the unique condition of your body and your age), and knowing how to deal with stress; among other factors.
