Simple yet convincing list. Some may find it hard to implement, but realization is suppose to be simple if we think positive thoughts in a regular basis.

1) Know your victories.
2) Know your dreams.
3) Take action and be proud of doing things instead of just staying and thinking about them.

Negative friends are really destructive to our self esteem. Sometimes I wonder why I ever considered hanging out with them. In most situation, I’m sure this kind of relationship will not last long.

Low self esteem is problem to most people. We can overcome it with the right tools and decisions we make in our journey everyday.
